What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

Please bring the following to your signing appointment:

A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or state ID) — it must be current and not expired.

All documents that need to be notarized, fully completed except for the signature sections (do not sign them in advance).

Any required witnesses, unless you’ve arranged for us to provide one (additional fee applies).

Payment, if not paid in advance (cash, card, or another accepted method).

If you’re unsure whether your ID or documents meet the requirements, feel free to reach out before your appointment.

What are your travel fees?

Travel fees vary based on your location, distance, and the time of day the service is requested. We’ll provide a clear quote before your appointment is confirmed, so there are no surprises.

For a personalized estimate, please contact us with your address and preferred appointment time.

How soon can I book a signing?

Appointments can often be scheduled the same day, depending on availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance when possible to ensure your preferred time slot. For urgent or last-minute requests, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes, we can provide a witness upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if your document requires a witness so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in x State?

At this time, California does not permit Remote Online Notarization (RON). As a result, we are unable to offer RON services to clients located in or notarizing documents under California law.

However, we do provide traditional in-person notary services and may be able to accommodate mobile notary appointments for your convenience. If you have questions or need to schedule a notary visit, please contact us
